Call me anything you want but don’t call me late for the primary. And yet here we are, with two months to go, and Democrats continue to hop into the clown car. Freshly minted candidates with the same socialist stink about them. Convinced by someone that they have a shot. Do they?
It doesn’t speak well to the confidence of the Democrat’s concerning the squad of losers currently vying for their affections. But as I said early (and often), all that matters are if these people are convinced that person “can beat Trump.”
I continue to believe that Biden will be both the worst candidate and the nominee if he doesn’t ruin it for himself. I want to amend that. He has exceeded my expectations in both directions. He’s working hard, every day, to make himself unelectable – to everyone but Democrat primary voters.
In individual state’s he’s up and down, but in total, I think he’ll do better than the others all the way to a brokered convention.
No, he’s not first in New Hampshire (this week). The pasty-white boot-a-jij guy has that honor (Hey, my guy’s orange!). But that hardly matters. A third of the likely Dem Primary electorate is not saying who they support. It could be anybody. Maybe even Baby Yoda.
Personally, I think these folks will secretly vote for Biden because, for some incomprehensible reason, his name recognition makes him more likely to unseat Trump. I like that plan. Please do that.
And the Rest…
In the original theme to Gilligan’s Island, we got a few character names followed by “blah blah, and the rest…” On socialist Primary Island, we have something similar. Biden, Warren, Sanders, and the rest. (Boot-ajij is a guest star this week. Wrongway Feldman, perhaps).
I can tell you who they are not thinking about – Mike Bloomberg and Deval Patrick, which is a bit harsh if you ask me.
New Hampshire Democrats are more than happy to spend Bloomberg’s money to push gun control day and night. In exchange for that, he’s not even on the NH Ballot. He’s skipping our primary. But 2% of FITN Granite State Dems would choose him over the lying Joe Biden, lying Liz Warren, or lying mayor Pete.
Steyer may have spent more, and he’s not even an afterthought. So, what about Deval Patrick. A man of color from south of the New Hampshire border? Democrats from down there vote here all the time. He must be doing better.
Patrick can take comfort in the fact he’s far more popular than former NYC Mayor Mike Bloomberg. New Hampshire Democrats hate that guy. Only 19% told WBUR they have a positive view of the Medford native, while nearly half — 46% — said they view him unfavorably.
And yet despite these lousy numbers — not to mention the fact that Bloomberg’s name won’t even appear on the New Hampshire ballot — care to guess which former Massachusetts governor is losing to him right now?
Bloomberg, 2%. Patrick, 0.
Given a choice between the white socialist and the black socialist, New Hampshire Democrats prefer the white guy.
I told you they were racists. 😉
