Impeachment circuses are the bomb. You learn all sorts of things about people (democrats, mostly) engaged in corruption. Do you know what else? There is a Treaty with Ukraine signed by then-President Bill Clinton that authorizes US executive inquiry and investigation into criminal activity in Ukraine.

[T]here is a US-Ukraine mutual legal assistance treaty signed by Bill Clinton in 1999 that lays the framework for sharing law enforcement information associated with crimes committed, which makes the President’s desire to get to the bottom of the 2016 election meddling in Ukraine by the likes of DNC operative Alexandra Chalupa (an Ukrainian!), for example, entirely within his lawful authority.
Chalupa is a Hillary operative who worked for the DNC to dig up dirt on Trump, and as such, has ties to the Fake Steele Dossier and the fake Russian collusion scam. She should be investigated, too, but that’s not my point.
The Executive branch has treaty-bound authority to engage with Ukraine on investigations into criminal activity, especially when it has ties to the US. Thanks to this treaty signed by Bill Clinton. It’s as if Mr. Trump has executive authority to ask Ukraine about investigations into corruption. No almost, he does!

We’ve read the transcript of the call, and there’s no quid-pro-bribery anything in it. The President asks about the ongoing investigation (that are ongoing) because there was plenty of suspicious activity during the Obama years. All of which the Democrats appear to be laying at the feet of Donald Trump to hide their complicity.
Crimes your president is fully empowered to help investigate to ensure the guilty are prosecuted for any actual wrongdoing either here or in Ukraine.
But if you are Donald Trump, Democrats roll out an impeachment inquiry to charge you with crimes they committed.
Nice party you got there. Be a shame for all of us if it ever gets any real power.
