He’s teaching him that Socialism is all about socialism

NO, not on the part of the kids who “earned” their candy. Rather, it’s about all those in charge teaching them:

  1. You own NOTHING – it’s only what the Government allows you to keep
  2. You didn’t “collect that” (via “Warrenism”). The Govt will give your candy to those kids who couldn’t bother to get out off the couch.

That old school phrase of “Caring is sharing”? Yeah, socialism shows how that REALLY works when Government starts deciding what is “fair”.

Now that I’ve thought a bit about it, this is a GREAT idea – start showing the kiddies how Socialism actually works.
