Mandatory paid confiscation (that’s the “buy back” – like I really bought it from you in the first place?)??? Full voluntary compliance??? Is he that clueless that he isn’t aware of how “compliance” has been going in States like NY, CT, et al on these mandatory bans?
Beto is both delusional and desperate at this point to not only be thinking that but to be saying it. How the heck did this yahoo come within a few percentage points of Ted Cruz with rhetoric like this? He’s gotta know that only the most rabid of the Democrat base is thinking this kind of malarky (sorry, Joe Bidenism there) but I guess the most important verb in O’Rourke’s vocabulary now is “pandering”.

But then again, there is absolutely no words or no actions Democrats / Progressives / Statists / Gun Grabbers think they can say or do that ever violates “shall not infringe” in the Second Amendment. Absolutely, in their minds, ANYTHING they do is perfectly legit and still “allows” us the right to keep and bear an old style cap gun of my youth.
