New Hampshire Congressmembers Chris Pappas and Ann Kuster have signed on to support an “assault weapons ban” Gun grabbing bill in the US House.
“…prohibit the “sale, transfer, production, and importation” of semi-automatic rifles and pistols that can hold a detachable magazine, as well as semi-automatic rifles with a magazine that can hold more than 10 rounds. Additionally, the legislation bans the sale, transfer, production, and importation of semi-automatic shotguns with features such as a pistol grip or detachable stock, and ammunition feeding devices that can hold more than 10 rounds.
That’s from a 2018 description of the bill but nothing about that has changed except a perception on the Left that now is the time to push.
The full text of the 2019 version is here. Give it a look, and then be sure to share it. Existing weapons you own are grandfathered in, for now.
(1) shall not apply to the possession, sale, or transfer of any semiautomatic assault weapon otherwise lawfully possessed under Federal law on the date of enactment of the Assault Weapons Ban of 2019.
It doubt it has much chance, but my point was to notify you that Kuster and Pappas support it.
This bill needs to go away along with Ann Kuster and Chris Pappas. Mark your calendar. Save the date. November 2020 is coming.
