Muslim Assimilation… Part 3 of 4

by
Can a Muslim be the true friend of a non-believer?

Humanity is a foreign concept in the Quran. There really is no humanity in the Quran. There are only the Muslims and the Kafirs. Muslims are believers and Kafirs are non-believers. What does the Quran say about Kafirs? Well, it says in 12 different verses that a Muslim is never the true friend of the Kafir.

Quran 3:28 “Believers should not take Kafirs as friends in preference to other believers. Those who do this will have none of Allah’s protection and will have only themselves as guards.”

So, believers are not to take Kafirs as friends. Think about what that means. Is that about assimilation or is that about domination? Here’s a Hadith on the subject:

Abu Dawaud 2789 “Mohammad said whoever associates with a Kafir and lives with him, he is one of them.”

Since the Kafir are the worst thing on earth that is not a good thing. It does not lead to assimilation.

Let’s use the golden rule…

The golden rule is: Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. There is no golden rule in Islam. There is no common ethical rule between the migrant Muslim and the native people. Instead Islam has a rule that includes and sanctions deception. Islam has one ethical set for the Muslims. It has another separate different ethical set for the Non-believers.

The law…

There is a doctrine of non-assimilation in Islam. There are ethical differences between Kafir and Muslim. Allah hates the Kafir. Islam requires true Muslims to hate the Kafir. Then we have Islamic law. Islamic law is not about assimilation. The Sharia is to be dominant over all forms of law.

Under Sharia the Kafirs are dimmis. Dimmis are non-believer subjects of a sharia state. They are granted freedom to worship. The freedom lasts as long as they pay the jizya. For having paid the jizya they are entitled to the protection of life and property by the state. The jizya is the special tax they must pay for their continued existence. Dimmi are never granted the full legal status accorded to Muslim subjects. They are to be subjugated. Islam is patient. It is not tolerant.

Trust…

Each Muslim has two natures. This does not lead to assimilation because it leads to mistrust. Can I trust this man, can I trust this woman? Instead all the doctrine is that Islam does not come to assimilate. Islam comes to dominate.

The Quran talks about migration.

It says in Quran 8:74 “Those believers, Muslims, who migrated and made jihad in the cause of Allah and those who gave them asylum, those who helped them, they are true believers.”

Therefore true Muslims are those who migrate and the create jihad in order to bring about the Sharia. Here’s another Hadith:

Kenz Al Umal 46274. “Migration cannot be ended as long as there is unbelief or there is an enemy who resists.”

Until all of the people of the world are within the house of Islam, migration is forever. The purpose of migration is to create a Sharia society not an assimilation society.

How Islam views the world…

In classical Islamic law there are three major divisions. There is dar al-islam, which is the territory of Islam denoting regions where Islamic law prevails. Dar al-sulh is the territory of treaty denoting non-Islamic lands which have concluded an armistice with a Muslim government. And dar al-harb is the territory of war, denoting adjoining non-Islamic lands whose rulers are called upon to accept Islam. That’s all there can be, submission to Islam or war.
