Ayanna Pressley Cries Racism at Trump – But That’s How She Won the Seat in Congress.

Ayanna Pressley is beating the left’s racism horse to death. Trump is racist, really? Racism is how she ran her primary campaign against Democrat Mike Capuano. He was white. Not the right color in her district.

The crux of her primary challenge was the need for someone who looked like the people in the district. Black people. It’s hard to get less racist than that. But here we are, talking about how President Trump, who thinks people who hate America that much should leave, is the racist.

It wasn’t delicate. We can agree that his remarks were probably not “presidential,” but that’s never been Trump. And the odds are excellent that there’s some other strategery at work. Unlike the left, he doesn’t do much of anything in a knee-jerk fashion. There is always some long game in play.

One thing it has done is, at least briefly, is tie the Democrat party to the socialist poison currently referred to as “The Squad.” Pressley, Tlaib, Omar, and Ocasio-Cortez. Justice Democrats who have said their share of racist, anti-American, and even ignorant things.

The Old School Dems are still at war with them (and their own racism and antisemitism) but in recent days have projected solidarity that could prove troubling in the future.

ACO, inc. is not about to stop their assault on long-time Democrat incumbents with Young Socialist challengers. There will be no shortage of crazy Marxist musing and anti-American rhetoric. And at the end of every day, they represent a threat to the Left’s Congressional Status quo and their Democrat party majority.

They’ve Got Other Issues

Trump’s popularity is not declining. The economy has not stopped booming. The border is still Trump’s issue, and he wins with it. And, this is important, after years of Leftists calling every little thing racist, the term is losing its impact. What used to stop traffic barely gets a head-turn. Really? Racism again?

They’ve only themselves to blame. And much like the Left’s overreach (or is it underreach, Whoopie?) on ‘rape’ real harm will come from it as their hyperbolic abuse of such language desensitizes people.

If everything is racist, nothing is. Talk about giving the real racists room to operate. And hey, maybe that was the Democrat’s plan all along?
