Robert Bell, the man who admitted to Project Veritas investigative journalists that he voted in Florida and New Hampshire was arrested today by the NH Attorney General’s Office and charged.

New Hampshire Attorney General Gordon MacDonald announced that Bell is charged with a class B Felony “for knowingly checking in at the checklist in Atkinson and casting a New Hampshire ballot, after having already cast a ballot in the same election in Florida.”
“Bell was released on bail Friday. He’s scheduled to be arraigned in Rockingham County Superior Court on May 3. It wasn’t immediately known if he had a lawyer and a listed number was disconnected.”
We have no word yet on the status of James’ hearing date before a New Hampshire Grand Jury. My understanding is that his lawyer is still talking to the AG about the subpoena they issued him when he brought the Bell Evidence to their offices.
You are encouraged to continue sending polite messages to the AG’s office regarding the subpoena of James O’Keefe and the circumstances surrounding it.
