More details will follow but I have been told that the motion for “ought to pass” on the Red Flag Bill (HB687) failed. The committee then moved to retain the legislation and that motion passed.
That’s all we have at the moment. But it looks like the worst anti-gun bill ever conceived in New Hampshire history has been stalled for the moment.
Update: Yes, a few Democrats voted against advancing this terrible piece of legislation. Word has it the Far-Left activists in the committee hearing room were not pleased.
