GrokInterview: Frank Edelblut, NH Commissioner of Education – Part 6

Frank Edelblut3

Why, Skip, is GraniteGrok (especially you) spending so much time on education lately?  Is there nothing better to be talking about?  The short answer, the plain answer, is no.  It IS one of our culture’s “High Ramparts” that the Left decided to target and they were willing to spend decades in influencing, capturing, taking over, and then using it as a cudgel against traditional American values.  They took it lock, stock, and barrel.  And for the most part, we Conservatives let them.  We just walked away and now, they have our children.

No more. You’ll be seeing more of this from us going forward. And some of what we need to bring the fight back is data.  And now we have some as this next part of my interview with NH Commissioner of Education Frank Edelblut is spent talking about the Department’s new education data warehouse: IPlatform.  If you are an educator, a School Board member, or a Budget Committee member looking to figure out “where is my town in this roiling sea”, this is the place to come.
