“As Chairman of the New Hampshire Ballot Law Commission, I am writing to you regarding a vote taken by the Commission at its meeting this morning. The first item on the agenda was BLC 2018-5, the above-captioned complaint, filed with the Commission, regarding the qualifications of Senator-elect Jon Morgan, asserting that he does not meet the Constitutional qualifications for holding that office.”
