Lynne Blankenbeker was the next candidate up but this time in New Hampshire’s Second Congressional District. A former NH State Representative from Concord as well as a captain in the Navy Reserves, she’s decided like Andy Sanborn to move up to the next rung on the political ladder. She, too, makes the case to the assembled crowd on the M/S Mount Washington as it cruises on the waters of Lake Winnipesaukee:
