Chief among them is the US House Minority Leader (who may become Speaker again) Nancy Pelosi and her leadership team:
They have promised to roll back the GOP Tax Reform, proving once again that your money is really only a rebate from Democrats – they truly believe that your money should and will be taken from you in support of The Progressive State. One would think that with a message like the hat says would be a complete slam dunk for the GOP but you’d be wrong.
Because of the gawd awful job the GOP has done on keeping its campaign promises and spending more on stuff with money it doesn’t have, the deficit keeps going up and up – and the bill will come due soon enough to where it WILL be paid, one way or another – where’s the credibility? Sorry, but “Vote for us – we’re less worse” doesn’t cut it.
There are any number of things they have done – sure, remind us of it but don’t harp on it because its stuff we expected you to do anyways simply because you’re Republicans. That’s what Republicans should do. It’s all the stuff you should be doing and haven’t done, and all the stuff you have done that shouldn’t have been done that will make it hard to overcome such a bad message from the Dems of “you don’t deserve your money but Government does”.
It really should be that easy. It should be, but it won’t.
Consistency breeds Trust which yields Votes.
