David-Hess2“Laws for thee, but not for me…”Meet Representative David W. Hess, State Representative for Merrimack County residing in Hooksett NH. It would appear that Representative Hess cares little for our laws governing handicapped parking. So many people do, you know. After all, “they’ll only be a minute…” On the other hand, when basic citizens scofflaw, they probably aren’t so visibly marked as Representative Hess is here. Being a member of the legislature, there is an expectation of a decent example to be set by those who hold the seat. But perhaps I am expecting too much. After all, we have people like Timmy Horrigan, Katherine Rogers and Laura Pantelakos, so that isn’t saying much.
