California wants your tourism dollars…California needs your tourism dollars…..because they are broke. So the California tourism board makes these catchy little “fairy tale” commercials to separate suckers from their cash…But here is one of California’s ugly realities….33-year-old Katherine Steinle is dead. Why is she dead? no good reason. She was merely walking along Pier 14 in San Francisco with her father when Francisco Sanchez, a “crimalien” who had been deported five times prior as a result of criminal activity, randomly shoots her in the head and kills her.
California…a state whose gun laws are some of the strictest in the United States…is the place where a serially deported crimalien with seven felony convictions, gets back in to the United States…to a “sanctuary city.” A city where, obviously, no matter how bad the crime, the crimalien cannot be turned back over to ICE.
And it gets worse… AP reports, and as posted on WHDH’s website, the gun Sanchez used is alleged to be a gun belonging to a Federal Agent.
So lets recap this just so we are all clear. A woman is shot dead by a crimalien who had been deported five times prior to this random shooting. The crimalien was in Federal Custody and subsequently transferred to San Francisco for drug charges, charges the district attorney declined to prosecute. The Federal Authorities wanted this crimalien back, but where San Francisco is a “sanctuary city,” Sanchez was released. After being released, he shoots and kills this woman with a gun alleged to have belonged to a Federal Agent. Outrage doesn’t even begin to characterize this.
So here I sit, writing about yet another example of liberal policy hard at work on the taxpayer dime…In gun-controlled, statist California. I will lay odds if there be any Kool-Aid Slurping liberal response to this rant, It will be to call me a “bigot” for using the word, “crimalien.”
