Watervliet, NY Police Chief Ron Boisvert asks applicants to logon to their facebook accounts, then peruses visited pages…  New York…The “Empire State.” Known to be one of the most restrictive and confusing places to own, possess firearms. A place where the second amendment is tenuous.

Robert Farago, writing for, The Truth About Guns, called Chief Boisvert. Boisvert told Farago he uses the form to gather the applicant’s Facebook deets during a face-to-face interview. Why make note of the password? “We don’t,” Boisvert insisted. “We ask the applicant to log on to Facebook in front of us.”  Chief Boisvert said they’ve looked at, friends – anything that reflects on the character of the applicant. Farago pointed out the distinction between viewing a Facebook page as a friend and viewing it as the owner, yet the Chief wasn’t bothered by Farago’s  distinction.

When Farago stated that checking someone’s Facebook page was unnecessary, unfair and unconstitutional, the Chief responded,

“I’m just the middleman here” and “it is what it is.”

Boisvert stated the information gets sent to a Superior Court judge who makes the final decision. The Facebook search is, in fact, the judiciary’s idea. I mean, requirement.

Yeah, its New York, not New Hampshire. I’ve heard that…But folks…remember who is moving here here. New Yorkers, New Jerseyites, “Massholes,” and don’t think they check their politics at the door. E. Elaine Andrews Ahern is running for reelection. And she has publicly stated that she will be bringing back her failed background checks bill, if reelected.

Scott Brown is running for U.S. Senate against Jeanne Shaheen. He stated publicly that he would support a so-called Assault Weapons ban. Everytime we accept even the modest “compromise,” law, rule, or restriction for the false flag of public safety, we are experiencing a death by one thousand cuts to the second amendment of the constitution.

We need only look to California, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Massachusetts, just to name a few,  for what the Granite state could potentially look like in one generation if the anti-gun progressives prevail.

I am here to tell you that it is okay to be a single issue voter. A voter for the second amendment.  More often than not,  a second amendment voter’s world view comes from a place of liberty, constitutional original intent and a paradigm where the constitution checks the government, not the people.

As I write this, the town of Londonderry had a “workshop” to discuss target shooting on conservation land. Thereafter, town councilors have taken up the yoke of charlatanry. Councilor Tom Freda has taken the bold move to not only seek to ban shooting in the Musquash, but hunting as well…AND (wait for it) any and allshooting on private property within town limits, excepting established shooting ranges. Please stay tuned as I clear the decks in days to come.

If you folks who cherish the second amendment do not get out and vote, piss on you all. We then rightfully deserve people like E. Elaine Andrews-Ahern, Senator David Pearce, David Watters and all the other rank and file Kool-Aid Slurpers that trample all over the constitution with inpugnity.
