“The Unity Pledge…” My colleague Steve Mac Donald wrote,

“Calls for NHGOP unity from the establishment leadership are calls to fall in line behind the guy with all the money and the proper connections.”

Interestingly enough, when I heard of the mere existence of the, “Unity Pledge,” within 4 seconds that very notion crossed my synapses at light speed.

As Steve wrote,

“Horn essentially challenged the guy who, whether you support him or not, is the most Republican candidate still in the primary. She accused him of (potentially) backing a Democrat because he would not sign a letter that might require him to support Scott Brown, who in his last year in the US Senate was a Democrat 62% of the time.”

Fergus-Cullen-Grape-Kool-AidIf this does not hit the proverbial nail on the head, I do not know what does.  And not to be outdone, Fergus Cullen, Horn’s predecessor did not want to be out-RINO’ed by Horn so Cullen took to the airwaves of WNTK-FM with Ben Sarro and underscored the Unity Pledge while at the same time, excoriated  Bob Smith as, “Narrow” and, “Crazy.”

Including the definition of, “Unity,” and, “Pledge” was necessary to illustrate the underlying dichotomy of the NH GOP establishment position, while at the same time claiming to bring folks together.

Based on Horn’s and Cullen’s artful, sans skillful wordsmithing, this is more evidence of the sign of the times. We the unwashed should fall in line like the sheeple they perceive us to be.  Alas! unity for all…as long as you support our guys.  Jennifer Horn: the Maven of RINO Doublespeak and…Fergus Cullen, her loyal Minion and mouthpiece.

P.J. O’Rourke once quipped,  Hubris is one of the great renewable resources.” Frankly, I think its grown en masse on the Horn-Cullen RINO Farm. Is there one who deduces this notion, none too bold?
