California Democrats On Track to Pass Public School Pedophile Protection Act

California’s SB 131 would change the statute of limitation for filing sexual predation lawsuits against public School employees (pedophile teachers sexually harassing students) for incidents that happened before 2009 in the state, but suits against private and non-profit schools could still be filed going back 40 years. Fair and equal.

The bill’s authors are Democratic State Senator Jim Beall, who was Planned Parenthood Mar Monte’s 2011 Legislator of the Year and Democratic State Senator Ricardo Lara. Another supporter has been the California Teachers Association (CTA), which is the largest donor to the California Democratic party. The California Fair Political Practices Commission states: “The CTA alone has spent more money in California politics than Chevron, AT&T, Philip Morris and Western States Petroleum Association combined,” which totals over $200,000,000 from 2000-2010.

Democrats control both chambers and the Governor’s office.  And Look! Taxpayer and union-funded Democrat legislators carve out special deals for taxpayer-funded union public employees.

Meanwhile, largely unreported public school sex abuse is still 100 times worse than that widely reported by Catholic Priests.
