At the end of fiscal 2011, Sesame Workshop and its subsidiaries had total assets of $289 million. About $29 million was held in cash and “cash equivalents,” mainly money-market mutual funds. Another $121 million on the balance sheet was held in “investments.” According to the accompanying notes, these investments included stakes in hedge funds and private-equity funds.

One percenters?

Planned Parenthood doesn’t need our money either and yet…Obama not only insists they continue to get taxpayer support, the Democrats fabricated an entire “war” to make their point.  Now we have the war on big bird.   How about the war on us?

What if Romney had used as his example, borrowing money from China to give to Libya, or Egypt, or some other Middle Eastern hate factory that kills Americans then holds a parade?  What about the war on us?

As of this writing the Obama campaign maintains its laser-like focus on Big Bird.  Since Day One? (Forrrwarrrd!)

Update:  Sesame Workshop president and CEO Gary Knell got $684,144 in reportable compensation from his job.

Update2:   Big Bird makes 314,000.00 per year
