And that would be Rick Parent from Wolfeboro, NH who is running for US Congress in NH’s First Congressional District:

This was not a random meeting at some sandpit – this was one of the shooting ranges at the Londonderry Fish and Game Club where the Smart Girl Politics / NH Armed and Fabulous event (to train women to shoot safely and accurately) was being held.  Not only was Rick one of the event sponsors, he brought his own. I think he made his statement clear as to his stance on the Second Amendment and the Castle Doctrine.
