First, let’s also state that NOT ONE DEMOCRAT is co-sponsoring it in the House, last time I looked. No co-sponsor, no vote. The only Democrat, in the Senate, is Harry Reid. President "Hair Across", your problem is not the Republicans or US House Majority Leader Eric Cantor but this guy – again, the only Democrat to sponsor your legislation is the same one that is blocking a vote on it:

Obama wants it both ways, to be able to slam Republicans as he is in full campaign mode even as his bill goes nowhere because Democrats are the ones that are holding it up. In essence, it is the Free Trade agreements all over again – he complained that Congress had not sent them back to him to sigh. Well, sport, I would think that would be hard to do since they were sitting on your desk.
