A couple of years ago, the Belknap County Delegation got caught short by trying to have a public meeting – without properly "noticing" / publicizing it properly. Well, the next meeting on the County Budget was suppose to be tomorrow night.
Well gues what – bagged again! From yesterday’s Laconia Daily Sun was this notice:
I emailed Collete Worsman (R-Meredith, a freshman NH Rep) to find out what might be going on and she wasn’t sure.
Note: She had asked for folks to show up – she has been tireless in trying to reduce the budget – and it does directly reflect in that envelope twice a year when it comes time to pay your property taxes (town, school, and County). I’m QUITE sure that if a bunch of folks show up to help her out, it might be of use!
Remember – they don’t know how you feel unless you tell them!
I wonder who is the person that screwed up a simple posting….
