There’s a heated discussion going on all over America. It’s about the upcoming vote on whether to "raise the debt ceiling" so that Congress and the political/government/ruling classes can continue spending money we don’t have…WE DON’T HAVE IT! But…there are always "excuses" to continue DOING THE WRONG THING. NH Republican Reps. Charlie Bass and Frank Guinta will show who they are, what they are, what they believe in, and what they don’t believe in, with their votes on this issue.
And let there be no doubt about it: There can be only one decent, honorable, intelligent way to vote….
The "smart people" in Washington, DC will of course tell us all about "conditions" and "guarantees" that will justify a yes-vote to raise the debt ceiling.
But of course!
There will always be "conditions," there will always be "promises," there will always be "important reasons" to "be realistic" and "be responsible" in continuing to bust the budget. Just like the Democrat promises to President Reagan when they double-crossed him to get him to raise taxes, promising a $3 reduction in spending for every $1 that Reagan agreed to raise taxes…and then protested "We didn’t promise anything!" Quel surprise! It is the same scam the lying, statist, ruling class pigs—of BOTH parties—have always run on the American people.
There is only ONE WAY to proceed, and that is what both Rep. Michele Bachmann and Rep. Mike Pence are saying and doing: Every REAL Republican must vote AGAINST raising the debt ceiling. No promises, no conditions, no fake commitments, no more BS. It has to stop here, and has to stop now. The new Republican majority can make it happen. If the national leadership of the GOP goes along with the perennial charade, they will only reveal their own corruption. "Just one more time," they will explain. There will be "promises and commitments," and they will be "ironclad," we will be told.
People! It is all LIES. That’s the way the Ruling Classes always run their scams! The longer we wait to slam on the brakes, the more horrific the ultimate crash is going to be. We must stop it NOW. The mainstream media and the political/government/ruling classes will of course make the repercussions as horrific as possible, and then bleat that "it’s the Republicans’ fault." But a majority of the American people have finally stopped deluding themselves, they finally understand that we are destroying our country. And the ruling class can’t "kick the can down the road" any longer by telling lies today and loading debt upon our children, our children’s children, our children’s children’s children…at infinitum!
So I say again, it must STOP NOW. Rep. Frank Guinta may or may not be a true conservative. But he will defile himself and what he says he believes in if he falls for the lies and fake justifications that the corrupt ruling class in Washington, DC throws up as a reason to continue killing our economy and our nation. "Just this one last time." "It’s so necessary." "We can’t afford not to raise the ceiling." "We have ironclad guarantees."
And so forth and so on.
ALL LIES. American history from the past 80 years TELLS us that. History is SHOWING it to us.
STOP THE MADNESS NOW, REP. GUINTA! VOTE AGAINST THE INCREASE IN THE DEBT CEILING!
Otherwise…why have any debt ceiling at all? It’s really meaningless if you keep on breaking and raising it. So the debt ceiling itself becomes a lie, meant to fool the Tea Party rubes who don’t live around the smart people in Washington, DC who are running the country…and have been running it into the ground for the past 80 years…both Democrats and Republicans alike.
"It can’t be done!" the ruling classes will squeal in Washington, DC. But yes it can. Following immediately upon the vote NOT to raise the debt ceiling should be votes to immediately defund National Public Radio, the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, the National Endowment for the Arts, and a host of other money-squandering "programs" that federal government should never have gotten involved in funding in the first place. At the same time votes should be taken to immediately defund and abolish the Department of Education, the Department of Energy, the Federal Communications Commission, the Department of Homeland Security, and a host of other "departments" that the federal government should never have established in the first place. At the same time American military bases in scores of locations in the world should be closed, and troops should be immediately brought home from Korea and other countries where they serve only as tripwire legacies of World War II (in many places so that America can defend the socialist fools who refuse to defend themselves). At the same time the House of Representatives should vote immediately to freeze all discretionay spending by the federal government. Not a penny increase in spending over what we now spend—after the above defundings take place—will be allowed. And that will stay in place for the foreseeable future.
America is in crisis. The upcoming vote to again raise the debt ceiling will be a useful marker for every Democrat and every Republican: If you vote for it, be damned…as you are damning your country to further decline, pain, and ultimate destruction.
