Seacoast Republican Women – Questions 12 – 25

I have already put up the first 11 questions from the Seacoast Rebpublican Women Gubernatorial Debate a couple of days ago (it has been a few busy days with lots of travel to get even more video…whew!) – here are the rest!  The first video

Question 12: Karen – What is your opinion of the parental notification legislation for abortion by under-aged girls in New Hampshire?

Question 13: Frank – Do you think that New Hampshire faces a threat from terrorists?

Question 14: Jack – As the EPA imposes demands on the states to comply with its “green” policies, what role do you think NH should play in this process?  What plans do you have for New Hampshire’s energy independence?

Question 15: John – Do you agree with the recent legislation in Arizona regarding the border with Mexico, and would you enforce our New Hampshire border with Canada in a similar action?

Question 16: Karen – In your opinion, are unions gaining power in New Hampshire, and if so, how does this affect business in New Hampshire?

Question 17: Frank – Would you set a limit on the State deficit and how would you balance the state budget?

Question 18: Jack – Do you approve of the increased role of the Federal government on the education of our students?  If not, how would you change the process?

Question 19: John – Does the State of New Hampshire have a choice about accepting money from the Federal government?  Would you accept Federal Stimulus money offered to New Hampshire?

Question 20: Karen – Do you support the LLC tax, State sales tax, State income tax?  Why or why not?

Question 22: Jack – Given NH’s current low ranking in the index that rates States friendly to businesses, how would you improve this ranking and provide businesses incentives to come to NH?

Question 23: John – What is the present status of the NH State pension fund?  Are you comfortable with that and what changes would you consider?

Question 24: Karen – What is your opinion of homeschooling?  And would you work to support homeschooling in the State?
