I used to agree that teachers are not being paid enough, but not so much anymore. I do believe we should support students going to college for teaching degrees. It is the only group I would agree to help with paying college loans, no others.
Op-Ed
Legislative Update Week of Jan. 15, 2024 – END TOWN MASK MANDATES Plus Other Public Hearings
Our bill to end town mask mandates forever has made a surprising reappearance in the Senate thanks to Rep. Juliet Harvey-Bolia and Senator James Gray. The vote will be on the 18th, and we need everyone to call Senator Ricciardi and Senator Avard and urge them to support the floor amendment to SB63.
NH House Resolution No. 25: Is it Time to Question Judicial Policymaking
According to the two bookends who provided testimony to legislators about the best juridical interests of state judges this week, the legislators can just kick back and skip a resolution to return to Constitutionally defined voting processes in state elections.
The Most Important Election in our Lifetime?
You’ve heard these words many times in the past year — the 2024 presidential race is “the most important election in our lifetime.” Is it really? Yes! Here’s one way to describe the environment surrounding this year’s election:
Faith and the Founding; Not “Established,” But Essential
Hello, Friends of Freedom!
Happy New Year to you all as we enter a season of unprecedented change in our great country! We have all heard the phrase, “This election of our Presidency will be the most important election of our lifetime.”

HB1012 “Exempting From Criminal Penalty Certain Parenting Decisions Intended To Encourage a Child’s Independence and Freedom,” Good or Bad?
Did you know it is illegal in New Hampshire for a minor to get a tattoo and is considered child abuse? Minor children can mutilate themselves at the recommendation of so-called medical professionals but not get a tattoo.
Inevitable Trump Win Won’t “Taint” New Hampshire’s Primary …
I just read Rep. Mike Moffett’s (R) recent Op-Ed in the New Hampshire Journal regarding New Hampshire’s First in the Nation primary (FITN). I found his article a little disingenuous.
We Need to Take Control Of Our Land and Water Back from the EPA
Going back to 2017, there was a Senate Bill (SB121) that created a Study Commission, chaired by Senator Jeb Bradley, to look at having NH assume responsibility for portions of the federal Clean Water Act. If it had occurred, this would have removed regulatory authority from EPA Region I and bestowed it to NH DES Staff in Concord.
The Union Leader Wouldn’t Publish My Op-Ed, So Here It Is!
For my friends in New Hampshire, you all recognize the New Hampshire Union Leader as a demagogue in the Left-leaning (fake news) media, supposedly representing all NH readers and voters. To my friends around the country and the world, the NH Union Leader used to be a respectable, somewhat conservative-leaning newspaper that wasn’t afraid to publish opposing Liberal views.
Unravelling of the Armed Forces – Part Two
Just when I thought things couldn’t get any worse, the Department of Defense surprised me once again—this time involved General Austin in his role as Secretary of Defense. He checked himself into Walter Reed Army Medical Center, where he was placed in the Intensive Care Unit for a week and never told anyone, while his staff lied about it.
Republicans in NH: Be Warned!
In today’s Townhall.com Tip Sheet, there is an article by Sarah Arnold entitled, “DNC Turns Its Back on the New Hampshire Democrat Party.” The crux of the article is a recent letter sent by the DNC to Ray Buckley, informing him that the Democrat NH Primary will not be recognized as a delegate selection event.
Restore Trust … in Elections

Night Cap: No Wonder Sidney Powell Is Under a Gag Order
On May 7, 2022, Ms. Sidney Powell (a former DoJ prosecutor) gave a deposition to the “House Select Committee to Investigate the January 6th Attack on the United States Capitol pursuant to House Resolution 503.” Mainstream media has not covered it; it does not suit the official narrative.
Divine Seeds of Liberty
Long ago, an unknown Chinese philosopher’s words described the biblical root of liberty that we call Americanism: “The well-being of a people is like a tree, agriculture is its roots, manufacturing, and commerce are its branches and its life; if the roots are injured, the leaves fall, and the branches break away, and the tree dies.”

Electric Vehicles Are Doomed To Fail
In a story that seems to be becoming increasingly common as time goes on, The Western Journal reported this week about a Canadian EV owner experiencing some massive sticker shock over the cost of replacing the damaged battery in his electric vehicle.
The Unravelling of Our Armed Forces
For those old enough to remember or who may have served during the Vietnam era, the impact that war had on the fabric of our military and our nation was truly devastating. It was compounded by the nation’s apathy and, at times, outright hostility towards those who served.
