Proof: Planned Parenthood Northern New England Doesn’t Need NH Taxpayer Dollars

Defenders of planned parenthood insist that taxpayer dollars do not go to pay for abortions. This is nonsense, of course, because any added revenue frees up money for other purposes for which it might not have otherwise been available.

Take Public policy, for example. Planned Parenthood of Northern New England spent $832,596.00 dollars on Public policy in 2013. In 2014, they spent $1,587,499.00 dollars (nearly $1.6 million) just on public policy.

Still think Planned Parenthood in New Hampshire can’t function without taxpayer dollars?

“While individuals on our campus have every right to express themselves, I want to make it absolutely clear that the views expressed in this guide are NOT the policy of the University of New Hampshire. I am troubled by many things in the language guide, especially the suggestion that the use of the term ‘American’ is misplaced or offensive. The only UNH policy on speech is that it is free and unfettered on our campuses. It is ironic that what was probably a well-meaning effort to be ‘sensitive’ proves offensive to many people, myself included.”

DURHAM, N.H. —The University of New Hampshire has removed from its website a “bias-free language guide” …

And they have. They retooled and shuffled and it is gone. (Of course I screen grabbed it so it’s not really gone.) But this is an interesting development and we are happy to be part of the outrage that lead to it being pulled.

But the idea behind the guide is not gone. It lives and breathes in the UNH office of Diversity (and the home of Inclusive Excellence) that spawned it. This is a feature of the modern American university culture. It is wired in to their thinking. And I’d bet you taxpayer money it is embedded in the curriculum.

If anyone finds it there, by all means share it with us.
