I was rummaging around over at Open Secrets.org and came across this little tid-bit. Apparently Matt Damon scheduled a fundraising event for Congressman Weiner.
Anyone want to call Matt and see if he thinks a Cocktail Reception is still a good idea? Seems to me the Congressman has probably had enough of those after the last two weeks and Cocktail reception has taken on a whole new meaning.
You also have to wonder who would show up? College Co-eds?
