"Gentleman" Rich vied, on the Republican side, to be the candidate to run for Congress from NH’s First Congressional District this past cycle. Although he did not gain the nomination in the primary, he always had a ready smile and a friendly demeanor. Make no mistake, he campaigned on the facts that the State and the country were going in the wrong direction; he is keeping his hand in the political sphere.
