In the same vein, Senator Mike Lee (R-UT), a TEA Party favorite, showed once again that this freshman class may not have to work long to show that it has already earned its chops. With the decision of Judge Vinson in Florida that since the Individual Mandate in Obamacare is unconstitution, the whole mess is moot (but still needs to go through the higher court system), Senator Lee takes on distinguished Walter Dellinger who was the Solicitor General under Clinton. In this clip, we see a "retake" of the Constitutionality of Senator Dr. Tom Coburn asking Elena Kagan whether or not Congress could mandate citizens partake of certain food stuffs….and if not eat, just buy them?
