Jack Kimball appeared on Bulldog Live! on WTPL 107.7, The Pulse this morning to talk with Brian "Bulldog" Tilton about his run for the NH GOP Chair. Brian had a number of questions; this is one of several.

Question 1: What is your opinion of the new committee in the House that will evaluate a bill according to its Constitutionality?
