This video is an overview of the Saturday town hall style meeting held by NH District 1 Representative Carol Shea Porter in Portsmouth, NH. It shows the long line of people waiting outside in the wind-driven rain for a chance at one of the 150 seats available in the Federal building hosting the event. After standing in the rain, and going through security quite similar to an airport– including metal detectors and an x-ray machine, people were allowed to ask questions… provided they won the "lottery"
