MACDONALD: AT Least They Didn’t Elect Him State Party Chair First

The big news on campus is that retired Gen. Don Bolduc has publicly admitted he’s transitioned. It started before he got tied up with Nikki Haley and the anti-Trumpers, but she added more poison to the well. Bolduc has endorsed Chris Pappas in what is laughably claimed as a case of Country Before party.

So-called Republican defections are neither new nor unique, but we’ve taken shit from a lot of people for pointing out the symptoms. Jennifer Horn, JHo, was one of the more obvious examples. She broke in as a Tea Party candidate in 2010/2012, then abruptly found more aid and comfort from the Charlie Bass wing of the party. Progressive “republicans.”

I have friends who apologized to me years later for not seeing it.

When she ran for State Party GOP chairman, we tried to warn anyone who would listen. It got so contentious that progressive party insiders, long-time, so-called ” Republicans,” tried to get me fired from my job (this was just a time-consuming hobby in those days). Skip made a skirt joke which the whinos (winey rinos) announced was sexist and bigoted, so I made it a point to use the word skirt in everything I wrote, stretching the meaning as far as I could.

The little crybabies didn’t know what to do, so they wrote an “anonymous letter” to my boss quoting some crappy attack on me by some RINO on a Rino website.

It didn’t work, and it wouldn’t have mattered if it had. They lied; I survived, but JHo won and dragged the State party down hard. She began flirting with increasingly progressive factions, claiming to be right-of-center. Left, more or less in disgrace, ended up with the tools at the Lincoln Project, and when the Log Cabin Republican endorsed Trump, she quit them too and eventually came out as a Democrat.

Yeah, we already knew, but I bet it surprised some folks.

The Bolduc endorsement of Chris Pappas isn’t a surprise because having an (R) after your name for years meant you might be a moderate Massachusetts Dem who moved here and registered Democrat because the Democrats wouldn’t have you. You’d get torched in a primary and bullied into quitting or run out of office if you won and didn’t vote the caucus line.

But they’ll take your endorsements, as NH Journal reminds us; “In fact, public records show few of the 58 people on the steering committee are Republicans, and only a handful have recently voted in a GOP primary. At least 20 of them pulled Democratic ballots in the September primary.”

Bolduc is credited with claiming, “Chris Pappas’s unwavering dedication to our veterans and his efforts to foster bipartisan cooperation set him apart as a leader who will prioritize the needs of all constituents.”

Thank you for your service, but you’ve lost your f!!king mind?

Pappas is a partisan puppet and another progressive seat warmer in Congress. A safe vote for the Democrat Party’s pro-socialist, open-border, anti-fossil fuel, pro-crime, high-tax, and spending agenda. He wants men in women’s sports and safe spaces, and criminal aliens harassing our legal immigrant communities.

Pappas didn’t oppose mandatory jabs in the military (as far as I can tell), or you get fired, and favored DEI and gender policies that crippled recruitment and undermined our fighting force and national security.

When the anti-American DSA dems and Islamists propose legislation that brings down our nation, Pappas will reliably vote to support it because he’s a spineless beta-male and a tool of the radical left.

He’d talk like a California Democrat if he could, but he can’t, and you just endorsed him (although Cali Dems ARE coming here to campaign for NH Democrats).

When you lay down with Dems, you feed left-wing America-hating fleas.

To be clear, when Bolduc ran, Granite Grok interviewed him, and I think we may have endorsed him, if only because just about any Republican is better than any Democrat. And he talked the talk. I’ve said that more than once, and it’s become truer as the Democratic Party lurches even further left.

The primary is the vetting process. If you lose, don’t be a baby; elect the Republican in the general and work on your bench for the next primary.

As for country before party, if I was drinking something, it would have come out my nose. Did they write that for you?

Gen/ Bolduc has been reduced to another useful idiot for a party that hates America, the Republic, and is obsessed with destroying Western Civilization, but at least the NHGOP didn’t elect him State Party Chair first.

Oh, and as for the shirt in the featured image, you just gave up. As for the endorsement, most Independents have no idea who he is, and most Republicans have figured out what we’ve been saying. He might have been some badass warfighter, but he just went over to the dark side and, as I’ve outlined here, in the dumbest way possible.
