The DNC announced its primary schedule for the 2028 circus, and New Hampshire is not first … again. I know, we heard all sorts of positive things out of the NH Dems about their making their case, but here’s the thing. Democrats are delusional, and they lie. NH Dems have also failed to address the problem that keeps them getting back-burnered on the lefty Calendar.
Brown people. They don’t run them for Congress, and they certainly don’t elect any.
Nothing is etched in Jello yet, but 45 out of 49 committee members did not pick New Hampshire to go first, so it looks like South Carolina will be the DNC’s First in the Nation Democrat primary despite New Hampshire going first regardless. We’ll go first with or without the Democrats, just like we did in 2024.
NH Dem party leadership looks like a bunch of limp… daisies.
The National Committee decided, and the DNC is going to pretend to vote to approve it, but it’s a done deal; no one is going to vote to put pasty white Dems ahead of a more diverse state.
But again, it doesn’t even matter.
By law, New Hampshire will hold its Presidential primary before any other state, and it only does this once. What the Dems do semantically or mechanically or theatrically (drama!) is up to them.
How the DNC decides to punish NH Dems for going out of turn as a practical matter is also their problem. And it’s one they refuse to address, and we’ve explained it more times than I can count. [Related: MACDONALD: What NHDEMS Will Never Get Back]
For all your talk about DEI and being the party of brown people, you never elevate one to a general Congressional Election. You don’t; your base doesn’t, all while calling Republicans racist. And it’s not like they don’t have brown people in their party, though I’d remind everyone that they had to make a rather sudden change to a Juneteenth event page hero image after someone realized it was all white Democrats.
NH Dems have had multiple opportunities to replace aged-out or retiring white members of Congress with people of color, but they always get behind whitey. It’s actually difficult to even find a proglodyte congressional primary candidate who isn’t white in the Granite State. While Republicans have had more racially diverse options, especially in Congressional District Two, in the majority of years over the past fifteen. Hispanic, Black, Hispanic, Hispanic, Asian. We did skip a year and try a white guy.
And every single time, their Democrats chose to vote for the white Democrat despite the opportunity to send a person of color from New Hampshire to Congress. 2028 is no different, and Stefany Shaheen’s tan doesn’t count; just ask the DNC.
So, what’s next? Laughter and finger-pointing at low-T beta lefties who can’t get their primary up.
New Hampshire will be first. The question is what the DNC will do to punish New Hampshire Dems for going out of turn or their candidates for campaigning here.
In 2024, we had all sorts of Dems here, except for the incumbent. He wasn’t on the ballot, so they ran a write-in campaign. No incumbent in 2028, so does the herd of losers register to be on the ballot for a primary date that violates DNC rules?
What does that write-in campaign look like?
Messy?
Oh, and then there’s that whole National Dems disrespecting New Hampshire Dems thing and our historical First in the Nation primary. I’m not sure how much play we can get there, but the NHGOP will work it for all its worth, and they should.
Keep the popcorn handy, Granite Staters.
And one more quick question. Since this has everything to do with electing brown people, why don’t New Hampshire Dems even try?
I mean, seriously, y’all look like a bunch of racists. Again!
