Effective this week, I have tweaked the podcast programming/schedule. I have tried to deliver some local content every night of the week, but a few changes are in order. I like providing an outlet for that material, but if my readers and viewers aren’t interested, I’m obligated to replace it with content they do want.
I will be dropping the 8 pm podcasts on Tuesday and Thursday, moving Right Side Up to Wednesday, and publishing regular posts in the open spaces instead of podcasts, at least until I find new podcast content that y’all are more drawn to.
GrokTALK!, I’m humbled to say, pulls in anywhere from 20K to 80K views per podcast. The Morning Update averages 6-12K, with some in the tens of thousands of views.
Thank you for all that support. We are very close to reaching my goal of 500,000 Rumble views per month. That is half a million views per month. That sort of thing changes my perception of the sort of traffic we ought to be driving with video, and if that’s not happening, I need different content in those spaces. Content I can share with our growing Rumble Channel Audience.
Until further notice, the Updated line up look like this.
- Monday – GrokTALK!
- Wednesday – Right Side Up
- Friday – The Independents
- Saturday – New England Take
- Sunday – Rotating Non-weekly programming like The Granite Discourse and The NH Constitution Class, with “something” when there’s no new content from either.
The 8 pm slots on Tuesday and Thursday will feature regular articles for the near future (probably from me) until I make an arrangement with another podcast with better reach than our typical commentary (which does very well, thanks so much to all of you).
Not long ago, we added audio to all our posts, which has been well-received. I was going to ditch the idea of a “Grok App” for mobile devices but that’s back on the table and showing promise. I think we need more video to expand our audience into the 18-30 demo (we do great in every other age group), but my persistent efforts to reach younger conservative viewers and content creators continue to fall short.
I have asked folks at TPUSA more than once, but my guess is they are busy doing their thing.
If you have thoughts, they are welcome.
And thanks for reading and watching.
