The Democrats love to claim that they are the keepers of Democracy and that they are the Party of the working class. Maybe they were 60 years ago, though it seems like some of the senior Dems have been in office since the Kennedy years; they could not be more removed from my parents’ Democrat Party. Their policies are destroying the middle and lower classes due to uncontrolled illegal immigration, which is costing Americans their jobs and housing.
Taxes, fees, and restrictions are preventing first-time homebuyers from realizing their dream. Young Americans cannot afford to get married and forget about having kids. If they are fortunate enough to have a family, Democratic controlled schools won’t even teach their children to read or do basic math. They have squeezed the low end, and now they are looking to tax the rich in ways that go beyond creative. They are pushing the rich out of their states into Red states, and then they will have no tax base at all. Spending is out of control, and New York City has a larger budget than the entire state of Florida.
But getting back to the Constitution, I am convinced that many Democrats have yet to read it. I keep a copy in my briefcase and refer to it often. I wish they did, too. If so, they might think differently about our sovereignty and the need for secure borders. They might understand the difference between legal and illegal immigration, and why one is destroying our great country. They might understand why ICE is not only legal in deporting illegals, but it is because of Democrats taking the locks off our doors that ICE has so much work to do. They might understand the role of the President and what high crimes are, and stop with their obsession to impeach President Trump. Maybe if they got to the 25th Amendment, they might realize that they do not have a snowball’s chance in hell of removing Donald Trump from office, but they should have considered using the 25th on Joe Biden.
I listen to Donald Trump speak every day, and yes, he is brash and loves hyperbole, and I wish he would never resort to name-calling, but nobody can listen to this man and think he is impaired in any way. There are many Democrats in Washington who wish they had this President’s mental acuity and the incredible energy he brings to work around the clock. He does more for this country in the still hours of the night when Democrats, except for Eric Swalwell, are snug in their beds than those Dems do from 9 to 5. Eric is a special case, and in those quiet hours, he is either sleeping with a Chinese spy, slipping a roofy into a young lady’s drink, or deciding which Republican he is going to exercise his projection on.
People like Jamie Raskin (grown men should never go by the name Jamie) cannot come up with legitimate alternative ideas to combat the President’s, so they resort to impeachment, or in the case of 2026, they attack the President’s mental state and call on the Vice President and Cabinet to remove the President, as if that will ever happen.
What the Democrats forget is that Trump did not get to the White House by accident. He was the choice of over 70 million Americans in three elections, and the main reason he is the choice of so many is because of feckless and irrational Democrats like Jamie Raskin. I hope they continue to waste their time, right through the mid-terms and into 2028, for the last thing this country needs is to give the keys to this incredible nation back to the Left. With them in power, you will no longer recognize America. They will tear her down and rebuild her as the Socialist entity they envision. May God watch over us and ensure that never happens.
