If you haven’t already heard about HB1811 as a bill to support (repealing statutory immunization requirements for children), you haven’t been paying attention to memos from groups like RebuildNH and Health Freedom NH. It’s a vax policy bill that would end mandatory childhood vaccines that Team Red failed to unify behind (OTP 155-192).
Who are the Uniparty rogues who voted the wrong way? Let’s introduce them.
Among them, I have asterisked the ENEMIES OF 91A and given a “^” to the STICKER TAX SYMPATHIZERS. I also added a “~” to the enemies of Right-to-Work because they voted to indefinitely postpone HB238 last year, which is worse than killing a good bill because it’s like dismissing something with prejudice.
It can’t be resubmitted until after the next election. Dems love to use that tool in odd-numbered years, as we remember it happening to a Parental Bill of Rights in 2023.

And of the reps who didn’t vote in that roll call, there are the EXCUSED and UNEXCUSED absences. Let’s give the benefit of the doubt to the excused ones, as there could be a number of reasons why they blew off The People’s Work for the day. The benefit of the doubt is that their reasons might not include HB1811. However, the enemies of 91A, among them should be exposed for playing hooky, so here they are:
- Burnham
- Harrington
- McMahon
- Tierney~
“Not Excused,” as shown in the NH dot gov roll call, means they showed up yesterday, but did not participate in this particular roll call despite the presumed volume of requests to vote in its favor. If any of the below reps are yours, you might consider confronting them.

As the reelection filing deadline approaches, especially after the Senate crossover, it’s important to know who the RINOs are, and this compilation serves as a partial rap sheet for constituents considering primarying their reps or recruiting a challenger.
