If you want to be a racist shopper, knock yourself out, but when Michelle Obama announced that she is inclined to seek out black-owned businesses, my first thought wasn’t that she’s a racist, segregationist stooge playing identity politics. She is, but that wasn’t my first thought. Instead of using your platform to soft sell segregation and racial division, why not use it to help people who actually want to start a business anyone would want to visit, but can’t, because of Democrat party priorities.
I don’t see any business by its color, ethnicity, or anything else, which, to the POC equity stormtroopers, makes me a racist and a bigot. But why is that? I see providers attempting to meet needs, and the public ought to respond by choosing the ones that suit them best. Price, selection, quality, service, location, or access. I can only assume that the stormtroopers assume that minority owned businesses have “performance” issues and that by not giving a damn what color anyone is, I’ll default to shops owned by white folk.
That’s your mental illness, not mine, and Michelle Obama has it or thinks she has to sell it to keep and build “her” audience. And it is a sickness that runs deep into the Democrat party.
Why do Marxist mayors pontificate about city-owned stores? Because, thanks to decades of their party leadership, it is almost impossible for private people, black people, to open and operate a business in the community.” Dependency and poverty have created a world where crime becomes the best way to improve one’s economic circumstances. Selling drugs creates dope-headed criminals looking for easy money to get the next fix. Chain stores leave becasue it is too dangerous for their remployees whome they cna’t protect. Between the liability and the unprosecuted theft, once the chain stores leave, the neighborhood stores follow.
No one can access anything, especially prescriptions or basic needs, without having to travel around town next to the criminals who are just as happy to roam their neighborhoods now that the stores are gone.
This isn’t just one Democrat-run city; it’s all of them. The Democratic Party’s cultural and political choices have made it impossible for them to find a black business, let alone frequent one. Hey destroyed the family, elevated death over life, and engaged in a war on minorities to trap them in a dependency that would ensure their vote on election day.
They are and will continue to do the same thing to “migrants,” and are working diligently in “white” communities to turn their kids into lifelong Democrat voters by genderizing them with mental health comorbidities and chemical and surgical neutering.
Michelle Obama and her hubby, Barry, had an opportunity to turn their party’s legacy around. They were the President and First Lady for eight years! Instead chose to erase decades of progress on race relations and weaponize it for political gain. They weaponised the Executive branch against everyone and anyone who dared to disagree with the party line, regardless of age, sex, race, and the rest.
You can’t even be black if you don’t vote Democrat, said outloud a few times and quietly more often than you’d likely care to believe.
So, Michelle can choose to use black-owned businesses, but understand this. They are owned by people like Oprah, in places where you won’t find rampant drug use, crime, unwed mothers, and single-parent households, living on despair, government handouts, and whatever they can keep from getting stolen from them, including their lives.
And multi-millionaire Michelle Obama could use her resources, influence, and platform, even if it only exists because of her half-cracker husband, to push her party in a direction that would change that, but they’d rather keep you there, blame someone else, and count the votes.
