District Requires Parents to Complete Mental Health Accommodation Waiver
The Left’s War on Women continues as the transgender agenda, aided by the Gaystapo and the Democrat party, works to isolate girls and women and bully them into submission. The latest broadside comes from an improperly named “unified” school district in California. The School Board voted 4-1 to approve an accommodation for girls who find it inappropriate for boys to share their locker room and bathroom spaces. Sounds like a compromise, but it’s not.
Parents or legal guardians are required to fill out a mental health accommodation request form.
I am requesting a mental health accommodation on behalf of my child. This request is made in accordance with federal and state laws, including Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), and California Education Codes.
Please describe the mental health condition and the nature of the accommodation being requested (e.g., diagnosed anxiety, PTSD, etc.):
If available, please attach supporting documentation (e.g., medical diagnosis, 504 Plan, counseling records, etc.)
I understand that my child may be eligible for accommodations through a 504 Plan or other support services, and that the school will collaborate with me to identify appropriate options to support my child’s well-being.
Once you sign the form, it goes into the permanent record, as they like to say, in a state where being normal is a mental illness and being a parent who disagrees with the state is a criminal offense.
The problem is that the mental illness diagnosis may not stop at high school graduation. It may present itself later in life as a reason to, for example, deny a person a security clearance or a gun permit.
The upshot: To escape the state’s outrageous rules, kids have to pretend they’re out of their right minds.
That’s nothing short of disgusting.
The School district is also pretending these parents have rights when it comes to their children. This is California. Other people can take your kids and transition them against their parents’ will, so I suppose the form, even if it’s window dressing, is a surprise. What is not is that U-Haul ran out of trucks, but what about Ryder or anyone else?
Seems like there’s a goldmine of rental van moving opportunities still available in California. Another Democrat state that drives out the people who can afford to leave, trapping everyone else in an economic and cultural death spiral. Rising taxes, declining services, dominated by people with actual mental illness, not a small number of whom are running the government.
