Based on the downstream comments, they didn’t answer the question, which is the only safe response. As I wrote here, NH Dems, the American Democrat party, has almost exclusive rights to third-trimester abortion and abortion at birth (more recent commentary on that topic here, as well).
If we get the responses, I’ll add them to this post as an update.
