The above was said by me at some “shin-dig” to which I do not recall. Scott Brooks clearly never printed it anywhere, however it was caught on a recording device by Chris Anu and sent to me via email. I am grateful to have it these six years later as a reminder of what I was thinking…then.
Fergus Cullen is one of those people you meet in life that fancies himself as, “the smartest guy in the room.” He is the lap dog of the, “GOP Establishment.” A lackey for the, “Political Class,” and a backstabber to the, “average joe” Republican voter. Don’t tell “Fungus” what you think because, frankly, he doesn’t really care. Whats important to Fungus is what he thinks wins elections…despite the fact he got the GOP absolutely crushed in 2008..with a party adrift.
“The New Hampshire Republican Party brand has never suffered so dearly than at the hands of Fergus Cullen. Cullen shows himself to be a proven harbinger of the platform and party to a more factious, progressive and exclusionary ombudsman. After becoming chair of the New Hampshire GOP, he worked hard to exclude, alienate and otherwise marginalize traditional party platform voters. A one-man version of the “Blue Man Group”.
Cullen backstabs the party by calling the party a “big tent” while labeling some as, “Extreme,” or, “Ultra-right.” Then there were the labels of “Evangelical,” and, “chronically disgruntled activists.” If let into Cullen’s flavor of the Mickey Mouse Club, one is branded as a moderate. Hence, Republicans lost big.
Fungus Cullen is not above using straw-man politics in his divide and conquer scheme. In 2009 for example, he wrote in Red Hampshire about Phyllis Woods:
“[…] emblematic of the minority mindset, more concerned about ideological purity than broadening the party’s appeal and building winning coalitions.
“Ideological purity” is far less prevalent than our establishment friends would have us think. For ideological purity to occur in our candidates, we need to stop letting, “humans” run for office. But Fungus adds that not only to create the straw man, but to tell us, we’re all stupid.
I could go on all day here with examples of why Fungus Cullen sucks. One cannot count on two hands 
how many times GraniteGrok ALONE has written the Chronically Corrupt Chronicles of Cullen. In politics, people can disagree without being disagreeable. Not where Cullen is concerned. He is obtuse because he drinks the establishment Kool-Aid at every turn. But, at the feast of the establishment wonks, he sits at the card table with the kids. He’s the “Ray Buckley” of the Republican party…that is, his talking points are unoriginal, pedestrian and taken from elsewhere. Which speaks worse of him than “Buckles” because he has the ivy league education, unlike Ray who is simple, ignorant and driven by his emotions…he never grew up. Fungus is the proverbial boil on the elephants ass.
Has Fungus ever talked to a real voter who lives in New Hampshire? Myopic because his lens only sees, “Tea Partiers, Free Staters, birthers, Agenda 21 conspiracy theorists, and borderline anarchists calling themselves Libertarians.” Fungus has never sought to unite the party. He separates the wheat (moderates and RINOs) from the chaff (conservatives). Capitulant because he became the butt-buddy of Fred “Benedict Arnold” Bramante, who endorsed Barack Obama, but has yet to comment on the current state of destruction to the republic. Keep Hiding Fred…you loser.
Fungus loves to cry about the “Republican Brand” being besmirched..yet, fails to see utter damage left in his own wake….
Jeb “Little Jebby” Bush visits Fergus Cullen’s home in Dover …the Dover city manager sent a bucket loader to move snow so that more cars can park in the neighborhood.- Insults women voters, referring to them as “Betty Crocker.” (8/24/14 UL)
- Regularly stands on the Mantra, “GOP equals Rich old angry white guys.” Despite a field in the last election including Herman Cain and Michelle Bachman…Today, Fiorina, Carson, Rubio, Cruz – He plays to the Democratic Narratives.
- Becomes Republican Fred Bramante and Obama supporter’s “butt buddy” and then enrolls himself and his family in Obamacare, press-releasing his feat thereafter for all to see.
- Fungus talks about how Democrats were blowing their chance at takinging the libertarian vote from Republicans. Long on advice to Democrats, short on helping Republicans.
- Fungus challenges the trump candidacy, being shut down only 67 seconds into his proffer and walks out looking like an ass.
