Interesting question: Proportionality? After all, look at all those cases of EV-D68 that, in some cases, have caused American kids who caught the disease and have befallen various types of polio type paralysis and the evidence seem to have pointed back to the illegal alien kids that streamed into the open arms of the Obama Administration that allowed them entrée into the US and now have been dispersed to all corners of the US once they crossed the border.
