And before we get to New Years – expectations?

My question is, WHY is it an unrealistic expectation that our Governments would do what our country was founded upon?  After all:

…We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. That, to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed…

Realistic Santa expectations requests

Which, if anyone has noticed, sows its own seeds of destruction insomuch that such a formed government fails to heed to its purpose (like Article 10 in the NH Constitution):

 …That, whenever any form of government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new government, laying its foundation on such principles, and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their safety and happiness…

This should mean, that when bureaucrats and politicians continue to want to push unicorns onto us to camouflage their actions, we should be able to “recorrect” them – as long as we recognize that unicorn and get up into their grills.

Again, WHY do we put up with this nonsense? Tar, feathers, the stocks – the Left is using the modern equivalent of the Cancel Culture or Cancel Movement.

What’s the Right’s equivalent? Or is it time to do to them what they do to us?
