Shaheen Already Benefits from Tom Steyer’s Money

One of the greatest sins of climatism will be the body count.  Winters are getting colder.  The long range predictions by people not on the taxpayer funded Climate

chaos payroll suggests decades of colder winters.  Team Climate Chaos is working hard to stamp out cheap, abundant energy, which will make longer and colder winters more difficult to weather.

Humans can easily survive a few degrees of warming.  Cold, however, shuts affected areas down, shortens growing seasons, damages crops, stresses infrastructure and public safety and maintenance resources, makes it twice as hard to get fuel to the people who need it, and claims more life as a result.

Making energy cost more, or insisting on a government managed green energy agenda that is ill-suited to real-world need, exacerbate this problem. Granny isn’t going off any cliff, she’ more likely to freeze to death.

Democrats, to be honest, just don’t give a sh*t.   They are in it for the politics.

To them it is about control.  And a guy named Tom Steyer has come to buy them the US Senate so that abundant and affordable energy we need gets that knife in the back they feel it so richly deserves.

Close to home, New Hampshire senator Jeanne Shaheen is supposed to represent the interests of a state that will be challenged by the reality of longer, colder winters.

New Hampshire, a state that already pays some of highest electricity rates in the nation, will find its citizens pocketbooks stretched further. Money diverted to pay prices driven higher by blind political ambition, cannot be directed to jobs or wages in any other part of the state economy. So the deep freeze exists and continues, beyond longer, colder winters. There’s a wage freeze, a hiring freeze, and growth freeze. But there will be no tax freeze. These costs will also hit taxpayers as the cost of running a government is no less effected by the rising cost of energy.

All this sacrifice will be made on the altar of the climatists to support and defend short-sighted, political energy policies advocated by rich Democrats like Jeanne Shaheen, and financed by even richer limousine liberals like Tom Steyer.  (A guy who made money on thermal coal before rent seeking for green energy.)

New Hampshire needs someone to defend it.

The side Shaheen has chosen is not New Hampshire.  She is on Team Climate Chaos, along with Nancy Pelois, Harry Ried, Barack Obama, and billionaire hedge fund manager Tom Steyer.

Shaheen is just another Democrat Climate zombie on their payroll.

When the Shamans of Climatism speak, she’s in the front row, hands out to accept their offering to her in the form of campaign cash. And the cash from Steyer is already flowing.

As I’ve pointed out in previous missives, Steyer has a number of entities through whom he is funneling money. We have NextGen Climate Action, which has both a Committee and a PAC, and CE Action. From Fallon Capital Management and the Fahr Group, Steyer is funneling millions into NextGen. And while Steyer is still the primary donor, Mark Fabiani and Mitchell Berger (Berger was an Obama bundler), are adding their influence with large sums of elite liberal cash.  Others are expected to follow.

In New Hampshire, NextGen has already spent over 37,000 is opposition adds that favor Jeanne Shaheen. They have also funneled another 16,000 to her campaign through the League of Conservation Voters.

Steyer and Next Gen currently account for 70% of the far left League of Conservation Voters current donor pool. NextGen dropped a cool $500,000.00 on them to spread around.  Jeanne Shaheen is top recipient of cash from the League of Conservation Super Friends Voters, with nearly $14,000.00 is direct contributions to her campaign so far.

This is all outside money, of course. Out of state, outside money.   Out of state, outside money from a guy who promised to buy the US Senate for Democrats if they support his pet project.

By the way. Tom Steyer is participating in a high level meeting with the Obama Administration and major players in the Green energy game, at the White House, including Cargill, which is a huge rent-seeking agro giant that feeds off taxpayer funded green energy subsidies to make food prices higher for taxpayers.

That’s just how Democrats Roll.
