America was attacked, there were people dying on American soil, and those generations of Americans living in that time said: “Bring It!”

Remember Patrick Bradley. During the New Hampshire primary, he slapped a 15-year old in a MAGA hat then proceeded to brawl with the adults who came to his aid. He’s been arrested again for violating parole including being a felon in possession of a firearm.
The media’s criticisms of Trump never address the important caveat: Compared to what? Is it fair to compare Trump’s response to coronavirus with Obama’s response to swine flu? You can be the judge of fair. Fair is always an unreasonable and subjective thing. So let’s do the exercise.
Issues in the news tend to be urgent versus important. There are two big stories these days. One is the COVID-19 outbreak which is urgent. The other is the Democrat presidential primaries which are important.

President Trump has been working to fight the coronavirus. Before Democrats even knew what was going on, Trump was taking action. The president closed the border to China. This is one of the biggest things keeping the spread in check. Chuck Schumer called that racist. That’s Democrat leadership at this point.
Wednesday President Trump suspended inbound travel from Europe to the United States. All passenger travel, except for from the UK. The suspension is for 30 days starting on Friday. He is responding to the spread of the coronavirus.
