Did the Windham School District Break the Law on Challenge Day?
This was sent to The New Hampshire Department of Education in an effort to conduct an investigation:
According to state law: “non-academic survey or questionnaire” means surveys, questionnaires, or other documents designed to elicit information about a student’s social behavior, family life, religion, politics, sexual orientation, sexual activity, drug use, or any other information not related to a student’s academics.”

Both Senator Jeanne Dietsch (D) and now Representative Sue Mullen (D) of Bedford have voted to remove parental consent when children take non-academic surveys in school.
