Wednesday morning, the NH Executive Council met at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Nashua to vote on awarding family planning contracts. When the councilors arrived for breakfast at 8 am, they were greeted by Jason Hennessey, President of New Hampshire Right to Life, and Mariah, Regional Coordinator for Students for Life, and their supporters.

There are several NH Republican state reps that are promising to vote against a bill that would repeal an unconstitutional law. The law allows private businesses to declare up to 25 feet of the public sidewalk and street as a no-free-speech zone, giving these private businesses control over public property.
NH Provider Instructs Minors on How to Get Abortions Without Their Parents Finding Out
One of the very few abortion regulations in New Hampshire is the requirement that a minor girl notifies at least one parent before she gets an abortion. A girl doesn’t have to get her parents’ permission to get an abortion. The law only says that they must be notified. See RSA 132:32-36.
