Wednesday morning, the NH Executive Council met at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Nashua to vote on awarding family planning contracts. NH Provider Instructs Minors on How to Get Abortions Without Their Parents Finding Out

One of the very few abortion regulations in New Hampshire is the requirement that a minor girl notifies at least one parent before she gets an abortion. A girl doesn’t have to get her parents’ permission to get an abortion. The law only says that they must be notified. See RSA 132:32-36.
