Ray County prosecuting attorney Camille Johnston has been stripped of her authority after Missouri Attorney General Katherine Hanaway filed a petition accusing her of a sustained pattern of intimate relationships with people tied to criminal cases under her watch.
According to the petition, Juan David Gutierrez has been in the U.S. illegally since 2019 and living with Camille Johnston for quite a bit of that time. Quote, Johnston knew he was a suspect in a Ray County sexual assault as early as September 2020. She failed to recuse herself from the investigation. She knew his whereabouts after he left the state. She did not tell law enforcement. She visited him in Mississippi. She vacationed with him in Florida.
And in 2023, she transferred the title of her own vehicle to him. An act the Attorney General says helped him abscond while under investigation for sexual offenses. T
The case had been closed in 2022. I wonder why. A local PI and a sheriff got together and reopened it, and Gutierrez was eventually found and charged with sodomy and attempted sodomy in 2019.
He was arrested in Ohio and has been held on an immigration detainer.
Camille Johnston is also alleged to have had relationships with a man charged with domestic violence in her county, which makes you wonder if liberal women are attracted to abuse and abusive men. That would make sense considering what they believe.
I mean, look at Maine. They just got rid of the Graham Platner guy because they had to. They couldn’t hide it anymore. Who’d they replace him with? Troy Jackson. He’s got a history of outbursts, violence, and attacks on women. Just writes itself, doesn’t it? And Johnston’s only one example.
We have numerous cases of female judges trying to free domestic abusers, illegal alien domestic abusers, and then we have all those women who tried to interfere with federal agents enforcing laws that were actually passed and supported by Democrats.
So remember, every time a Democrat says we want to defund ICE, what they really mean is that maybe they wanna protect them from Democrat women in the criminal justice system.
