Edited transcript:

Welcome to your Friday, July 10th, 2026, morning update.

Jack Smith brought a 40-point indictment against Donald Trump for mishandling classified documents. Probably to run cover and make a lot of noise and distractions to hide the fact that Joe Biden had engaged as vice president under Obama in the exact same behavior on such a scale that we can’t even now know exactly how large.

Unlike Trump, who, when president, could declassify any documents he wanted to take with him. Under Barry Obama, Vice President Joe Mumbles, Biden didn’t have that authority. Any documents he removed were illegal. He didn’t have a right to them, and Barry isn’t saying he declassified them for him.

So what happened?

Well, turns out that Mr. Joe Biden, as vice president, had squirreled away boxes and boxes and boxes of classified documents in all sorts of places. His DC office, the Penn Biden Center, and his lawyers in Boston said they had some. And the University of Delaware had something in the neighborhood of over 1800 boxes of classified documents, all of which were made archivable thanks to a grant from the Communist Government of China through a third party sort of anyway, ⁓

I forgot to mention that Joe also shared the classified documents with his biographer. Nobody went to jail for that, as far as I’m aware. In fact, they all kind of skated sort of like Hillary Clinton and her illegal email server, which we are led to believe was actually hacked and mirrored by the Chinese government.

Maybe it’s important to ask the question, how much did they get paid for that? Anyway, that’s not what we’re here to talk about. Let’s get back to good old Jack Smith and his office, the DOJ, and the 40-count indictment. They went, and they invaded a former president’s home, put on a three-ring circus, and then absconded away with a bunch of material, which they were going to use as evidence, to prove that the guy who could have declassified the documents didn’t, and he wasn’t supposed to have them. Problem?

Sure.

Quote: New documents released by Senator Chuck Grassley, Chairman of the Judiciary Committee, show that employees at the Department of Justice, including those working for the then-special counsel Jack Smith, may have mishandled classified information while probing Donald Trump for allegedly doing the same. The documents published by the Senator show that Justice Department officials raised concerns that some individuals received access to classified materials without the required need-to-know authorization.

They also showed that a secure facility used by the special counsel staff was left open overnight. No one opened it yesterday because no one closed it the day before, one team member wrote. Who opened it the day before? That’s a violation and incident, so I need to know the details, another replied.

So we have to ask. These Democrats, they just don’t seem to care about classified documents. They just mishandle them like crazy. Hillary, Barry let his brain-dead vice president do all sorts of bad things with documents. And then now Jack Smith, who is working for the Biden White House under Merrick Garland’s DOJ, also mishandled classified documents.

The conduct appears to show the Biden Justice Department may have mishandled classified information, while it prosecuted President Trump for allegedly mishandling classified information, Grassley wrote.

The left screams for indictments, engages in lawfare, lawyers, and courts and trials until you are living in poverty. And maybe even jail time if they can swing it. But if it’s a Democrat, just an oversight. Not a big deal at all.

It would be interesting and amusing if somebody in Jack Smith’s office who mishandled documents actually went to trial and maybe even jail.

That’s it for today. Enjoy your Friday. We’ll talk to you on Monday.
