Maine appears to have shed itself of its Graham Platner problem. One point on that. Democrats who have suddenly discovered he’s such a horrible person should be asked, How come they were so mad at us when we knew that months before they did? Anyway, that doesn’t solve their problem, no matter how they answer the question.
Maine needs a replacement, and it had a sort of debate last week, and that didn’t go well at all. They’re in a lot of trouble. And since they’re in a lot of trouble, why not just take advantage of that and make fun of them?
Well, we don’t even have to try that hard.
Quote Ashley Webb, a transgender and intersex candidate seeking Maine’s Democratic US Senate nomination following Graham Platiner’s withdrawal, recently drew attention for pledging never to lie or deceive voters.
This is an adult man who wears a dress. He has promised … never mind.
Webb announced his campaign earlier this month in a Reddit post titled Running Openly as Transintersex Candidate for Senate in Maine. Webb claims also to ovulate and experience a monthly menstrual cycle that began at age 25.
Needless to say, James Charles Webb took something of a beating on X. Here’s a little sample.
