As I said in my last post (“Is SAU21 Superintendent Meredith Nedeau Attempting to Electioneer – Again?“):
Or at least allow it under her nose? Questions upon questions abound.
Seems to be more like a welcoming hand. Remember: 659:44-a Electioneering by Public Employees.
I. No public employee, as defined in RSA 273-A:1, IX,shall electioneer while in the performance of his or her official duties.
II. No public employee shall use government property or equipment, including, but not limited to, telephones, facsimile machines, vehicles, and computers, for electioneering.
III. For the purposes of this section, “electioneer” means to act in any way specifically designed to influence the vote of a voter on any question or office.
IV. Any person who violates this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
Well, a Laura Carty (we’ll talk about her political husband in a while) decided to reach out the SAU21 Superintendent Meredith whom she had met at Seabrook’s Deliberative Session (can’t get much more political than that in a New Hampshire town, dontchaknow!), and brought up the School Board via an email:

Now, in this above exchange (I did reformat what I was sent to put it into chronological order), one cannot tell if this was using Nedeau’s official SAU21 email but it certainly seems to cross a line in my eyes.
But HERE is Nedeau’s official SAU21 email address! Again, again, I rearranged the emails in the JPG to be in chronological order:

So the meetup is set. The topic: Let’s talk about the School Board and with elections / Town voting in just over a month.
Oh, back to John Carty, her husband. He ran for the NH House as a Democrat and when you read his Issues Page, it’s clear that he’s in the right Party. The little bit of sugarcoating didn’t work, however, as he lost in the General Election. But that makes this much more believable:
He was endorsed by the National Education Association and the American Federation of Teachers (NEA and AFT, respectively, and both have filed against Trump suing over DEI). That fits with his wife’s (and yes, I am assuming here) prediliction as the School Board is looking to withdraw from the District believing that they can raise their childrens’ academic scores (which are rather RATHER poor) without the rest of the District.
Now, I was told that Mrs. Carty had made the motion to NOT withdraw just a coupla days before the NEA/AFT endorsement – but after that Nedeau/Carty meeting? Were political wheels set in motion back that?
It was also relayed to me that Superintendent Nedeau refused to say anything about DEI in the school at the February 19th meeting. Given all that is happening in the NH State Legislature, the Federal Legislature, and Presidential Executive Orders in this area, why?? She’s paid to be, in part, a spokesperson for the District. Yet on this contentious issue, she remained silent?
Yet the Board wants to Follow The Law and keep the District from losing lots of Federal Funding?
Having someone being the front man/woman while the political machinations were going on in the background? And there certainly much more going on.

So while this isn’t QUITE the smooth-rock pathway that I prefer to do, it certainly gets one to doubt plain coincidences, doesn’t it?
Oh, one last thing – the teachers union in Seabrook, Seacoast Teachers Association, just a bit ago, decided to issue a “No Confidence” vote against the School Board members.
Like any small town, there is more – much more. Sorry that I’m calendar crunched on this and unable to get it all posted before tomorrow…
So who is being the puppet master behind the scenes (for there always is one). It was done once. Twice?
Maybe I’ll RTK the AG’s office for the first time around stuff.
